A judge went beyond a prosecutor's recommendation Tuesday to sentence a Staunton teenager to 10 years in prison on child pornography charges. Dalton Raymond McCray, 19, cried throughout the hearing in Staunton Circuit Court as his mother and relatives spoke on his behalf and attorneys discussed a pre-sentence report that delved into his past and his collection of pornography. [...] The judge sentenced McCray to 10 years in prison and 20 years of supervised probation upon release. He will undergo therapy and be barred from contact with children.
