A 13-year-old boy from Centralia, Washington, has been questioned by police after getting an illegal six-inch tattoo of a dragon on his chest to commemorate his victory over cancer. His mother, who does not want to be identified, said her son got the ink while on a trip with family friends. He later told her that the tattoo symbolized his surviving leukemia as a young boy. 'He actually thought I was going to be proud of him,' his mom told the TV station KING5.
