The professor [John Spencer] was eagerly supported by Peter Tatchell, a homosexual rights activist, who is also campaigning to lower the age of sexual consent. Mr Tatchell said that it is the 'human right' of children to have sexual relationship and if there is no harm caused to children by sex, then there should be no crime.
