View source for ND psychologist gets 7 years on child porn charges

A former mental hospital psychologist who said he became interested in child pornography while treating sex offenders was sentenced Friday to seven years in prison. Joseph Belanger, 61, of Jamestown, pleaded guilty last year to charges of receiving and possessing materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors.<br>
