A budding rapper put a sick sex video of a 14-year-old girl online, a court heard. The girl, who can't be named for legal reasons, accepted an online friend request from an unknown male who turned out to be Kyle Burns. Burns, whose stage name is Logik, began chatting to her and, a month later, asked her to send him an indecent video of herself. He promised to send one back in return.

The girl recorded a 60-second clip of herself on a mobile phone and sent it to him. Her face was visible in the film but in the video Burns sent her, he kept his face hidden. Burns, 19, of Newarthill, Lanarkshire, then emailed the girl and asked her to to delete the film he sent her and she agreed. He promised to do the same with the clip she had sent him but, weeks later, one of the girl's friends told her the clip was on the internet.
