A 13-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy were convicted in Ogden juvenile court of sexual abuse of a minor for having sex with each other. The Utah Court of Appeals on Wednesday heard an appeal in behalf of the now-14-year-old girl, who had a baby as a result of the relations with the boy. She has kept the baby.
