[Claudia Card (Professor of Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison):] I must disagree that as an adult no one could look back on sexual activities, at least the more childlike ones, engaged in during childhood with an adult as a happy experience. I can only offer myself as a counterexample. Although the "sex" in my case was not adult-type sex and might even have "passed" as nonsexual had an observer been present.
